Bill Tracy's Torture Chamber, originally installed in 1964, was completely overhauled in 2014. All characters were removed over the winter of that year for their first overhaul in roughly 20 years. Prior, it had some new additions in 2012.

All broken body parts, including hands, fingers, and feet were carefully reconstructed with durable fiberglass and all surfaces were cleaned, primed, repainted, and clear coated.

The Torture Chamber is one of Tracy's most iconic stunts, and one of the most popular in Trimper's Haunted House. Check out a full photo gallery of the restored stunt.

Tracy's original catalog allowed customers to purchase the characters as a package, or separately. The effect came with dimensional rock panels made of fiberglass, and had an original complete cost of $3,375.00.
